A gynecologic surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive procedures was under 50% productivity, with 1.5 days Clinic Access and 2 days Operating Room Access. She was unhappy and at risk to leave the medical practice.
We implemented omnichannel patient acquisition and physician referral marketing campaigns, and the surgeon gained so many new patients that her access increased to 8 weeks to be seen in clinic, and 8 weeks for surgery.
This increase in productivity resulted in a significant increase in the surgeon’s satisfaction and was a big win for the medical clinic.
